The washer in object is realised for washing and rinsing glass bottles.
The washing cycle allows re-using immediately the bottles in the filling line. The washing process is automatic. The operator has only to check the cycle working and the presence of possible problems by a synoptic panel. The options improve standard functions and allow a better periodical control of pump pressure, filters and nozzles maintenance and so on.
The treatment cycle is characterised by three phases: pre-washing, washing and rinsing. The rinsing phase can be followed by a blowing phase, which allows the bottles to drop, before their unloading.
