Description
ShrinkMate
This machine is used to wrap a matrix of bottles into a polymer plastic film which is then heated to shrink fit the pack. The bottles are lined up on the conveyor and arranged into the matrix required by the help of sensors and actuators. Then this matrix is pushed in between two membranes from top and bottom and then cut and passed through a heating tunnel. The Unique thermal passage with 2 sets of centrifugal thermal air circulation system has an equal heat distribution with beautiful and secure shrinkage effect and the enhanced cooling shaping passage can quickly turn the packaging membrane into high strength status that is conveniently stored and transported. A carton erector is a machine which is used for erecting the flattened cartons placed inside a carton magazine. When in operation through pneumatic action the flattened cartons are sucked and picked up. Once picked the picking arm stretches in opposite direction to that of holding cartons and forms the carton into the shape of an open box. It can be:

Carton / Case Packers
Description
PickMatic-PM
The case packers are designed and manufactured to pick-up finished bottles from conveyor with the help of bellow heads and drop& place the finished product in carton. The operation begins with the feeding of finished bottles through slat conveyor from where equal numbers of bottles are divided into different conveyor railing/ slot numbers through Divider, from where bottles are picked up with bellow heads which are pneumatically controlled and the Up-Down movement of bellow heads is brought about by the help of servo motor. The slides on which the bottle picking heads are mounted, is attached with a chain, sprocket and required standard weight for providing the balancing action of loads of the product on machine. The bottles are placed in cartons with the help of Forward-Reverse movement of bellow heads which is controlled with servo motor and slides.

Description
