TorqueServo is SSP's most advanced capping platform. Each capping head is individually driven by its own servo motor, delivering programmable, repeatable torque for every single cap — eliminating over-tightening and under-tightening completely.
Built for Industry 4.0 environments with full digital traceability, it logs torque data per bottle, recalls format profiles from a touchscreen in seconds, and automatically rejects under- or over-torqued bottles. With no mechanical clutches, there is no wear and no recalibration drift.
