The CapMatic applies plastic screw caps with consistent torque across every bottle. Magnetic torque-limiting chucks prevent over-tightening, while quick-change cap chucks allow fast format changeovers.
It is ideal for beverage, water, and edible oil lines running at high speed, with smooth no-cap / no-bottle detection that protects the machine and keeps the line running cleanly.
